Hair Removal To remain fuzz-free throughout the entire racing season, you’re going to need more than just a razor. Here we welcome Selfie Skin. By starting your hair removal process with an IPL handset, you are guaranteed long-lasting yet convenient results, right from your own bedroom. We recommend using your handset once a week for the first 12 weeks, then after this period use your handset once a month, for 3 months or until satisfied.

Skin that glows from within If you have skin concerns like acne and uneven pigmentation, it’s best to get the situation under control in advance. This is the time to research and trial new skincare. Further issues such as brown spots, fine lines, pores, and redness can be attended to with medispa treatments such as skin needling, microdermabrasion and LED light therapy. This may require multiple sessions for you to see their benefits, so best to start as early as possible.

Invest in a Keratin Treatment If you have naturally rebellious or frizzy strands, go for an in-salon keratin treatment so your texture is under control but hair doesn’t fall flat on the day.

Make your peepers pop The semi-permanent glue used with lash extensions is waterproof meaning you can sweat, cry, pour prosecco down yourself - the world really is your oyster. Have them applied one week out just in case you have an adverse reaction, and to give you a chance to get used to the length and volume.

Bronze it up Fake tan and the races generally go hand-in-hand. But to ensure your race-day faux glow doesn’t start to slip with sweat, heat or rain, you’ll want to use a solid base that is protected against things like awkward drink spillages.
